What You’ll Do
- Perform residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls including diagnostics, repairs, and installs
- Diagnose and clear clogged drains, main line stoppages, and sewer blockages using proper tools and equipment (cable machines, hydro-jets, cameras, etc.)
- Perform drain cleaning, sewer line repairs, and maintenance services
- Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and options clearly and professionally
- Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction and performance
- Accurately complete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Texas Journeyman, Tradesman, or Drain Cleaner (Restricted or Unrestricted) License required
- 2+ years of residential plumbing, drain cleaning, or sewer service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of drain line clearing, hydro-jetting, camera inspections, and sewer line replacement
- Experience selling or upselling drain cleaning, sewer repair, or plumbing maintenance services is a plus
- Familiar with plumbing systems including water heaters, tankless systems, faucets, toilets, and water lines
- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
Pay Range
$26 – $35 per hour, depending on experience + potential incentives
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call availability
