We have been using Alco for a couple of years now and this past experience has reinforced our decision to stay as long term customers. I called Mary first thing this morning and as usual she had someone out here within a couple of hours. Sidney arrived and is our superhero today. In about an hour he had our air conditioner back in service. He answered every question I asked and he was super helpful with advice and tips to keep the same thing from happening again and to help us take care of our unit. Everyone we have dealt with is not just professional but very kind and pleasant to do business with. We are sticking with Alco for the long haul.
